como en todos los organismos públicos hay personas que están trabajando con el corazón ayudando la gente al máximo pero desgraciadamente hay personal que tragaja porque hay que trabajar en algún sitio y tiene como filosofía \menos que hago mejor me porto\ limite al mala fe de no querer ayudar para que el contribuyente tenga una multa.
