Stayed there for three nights, while i were in Sittard. Very well located and connected with centrum and near train station. Rooms are cozy and hotel staff are helpful and friendly!

Really nice host. Room was large, clean and comfortable. It was quite warm, but the window opened up onto a busy street and the provided fan although helpful, was very noisy so quite difficult to get cool. Still, lovely place - especially for the price!
Pretty nice place to stay overnight. Rooms are clean and nice, some of them are small so ideal for business trips just to get proper sleep.
I've stayed here several times, and dont miss anything. The beds are cozy, big and compfy. The breakfast is average but sufficient for a good start in the morning. The staff very friendly and speaks often German and always English. But the price is a real catch, you get what you pay for. Which does not mean its bad or such, but you shall not expect luxury or any wow effects. The best bang for the bug would describe it also :) I can reccomend it for sure, been here probably 6-8 times already and will come again as soon there is work again in this area!
Ok hotel, reasonable price
Too hot in the room, too noisy, bed was too soft, pillows too high, bathroom without doors... just some like in the western movies... so no privacy at all, bathroom high was strange... I have 1.74cm and in the shower I hit my head to the ceiling, very poor breakfast with low quality products and freeze products. Staff... The man from first night was very nice and helpful, the lady from next day was the rudest person I have ever meet in my travels... and I travel a lot with my husband. The breakfast was until 10:30 and at 10:20 she practically took everything from our table and kicked us out! And she insisted that we have already receipt for the services... And we tried to tell her that we don't... And woow she continued to be extremely rude. I will not recommend this place even just for a night.
Quite an average place but value for money is ok. The interior is simply very outdated and although the staff is friendly in general the place can come across somewhat unprofessional. Good location, walking distance from city center.
Only stayed here for a night and it was one of the worst nights of my life and reception lady lacked appropriate customer service. It is after all a budget B&B and I wouldn't come back here even if it was free of charge! PROS - close proximity to the train station and city centre. It is also cheap but it isn't even worth the price!
