Dragon lair is a friendly inviting and active club They welcome all ages. My daughters 13 this year and it’s been perfect to let her frustrations and energy out in a controlled environment. She hasn’t been going for long but enjoys the Martial Arts and kick boxing and has already made a difference to her attitude. She loves loves loves it

Been a member of Dragonzlair for a few years now and I could not recommend it enough! What an amazing gym to be a part of. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There are all ranges of ability, from absolute beginners to advanced fighters. All ages welcome. Definitely recommend people to come and try the classes!

Friendly atmosphere where all kids and adults are welcome. Great to get a housebound gaming child to do some excercise and brilliant for discipline too. My son enjoys it and it gives him the opportunity being smaller than others his age to defend himself if required

I have been going for quite a few years and it is the best thing I have done. The coaches are friendly and you are made welcome from day one. I have learnt so much and I can’t say enough good things about the gym and coaches. There are different classes for adults and classes for children. Come and give it a go you won’t be disappointed and won’t be able to keep away.
