Julian was great to deal with, I'll start with that. He done all he could to insure things went smooth, all credit to him for trying..... but sadly they didn't We sent Joseph Ash a bespoke built chassis, hundreds of hours work into a concours build chassis! It come back to us badly damaged by a forklift, bent in a few places! They took it back after me pursuing them for weeks on end to assess it. Repaired it, galvanised it for the second time and sent it back. Looked okay on first appearance.... but chassis was 10mm out of square. Not only that, but the second time they Galvanised it, it warped and distorted the main chassis rails!! Badly! and the Galv is now so thick, most parts of the chassis are un-recognisable!! Chassis is now Junk, a complete right off. They don't seem to care so I'm now having to complain officialy and take legal action against them. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR WORK DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Absolutely SHOCKING issues with their service, barely any info on the hoops that you have to jump through to get a job done or even delivered, everything seamed like a hassle to them, when I told them how livid I was they talked over me, ignored delivery details and information I gave them, it's like none of the departments are even in communication with the other. Had to create an account only to be asked to pay proforma which seams backwards as a process. Seriously disappointing, and a total financial loss on the job, all this after being told they were the best, I'd hate to see what the rest are like. Really seams like my job was unimportant to them. Any damage or a poor job and I'll post here again. Edit 26/08/20, The water trough I sent here to galvanise (with hanger tabs and drainage holes in the top having spent ages checking with them that it was ok in the phone and with a drawing placed in the only appropriate positions) was delivered back to my workshop today (because they won't unload their own vehicles at a client or any other address apparently, they tryed to charge extra for a HIAB so I now have to arrange for a courier service). The driver was nice and apologised it had some water in the bottom, I said \it's ok it's a water trough\ but as he tilted that tank water drained out of the base of the Trough, they had drilled holes in the bottom corner of a water trough, the didn't ask or inform me, no emails, nothing, there were already drainage holes in it!!??!?? The driver said \They must have assumed it was a planter\. This company has damaged custom made item. Their quality manager has been forwarded the technical drawing they have had since my first contact with them and says he will find a solution. I'll report back if it's in any way practical or acceptable resolution.

Would not recommend at all. Useless in the office and the delivery driver is the most miserable person I’ve met.

Very good service and friendly staff, 2 day turnaround on galvanising and 7 to 10 days on galvanising and powder coating good quality. Highly recommended.
