On a number of occasions, I had to wait for quite a while before being helped while attendants (Not a valid word to use here) go about their chating business. Today just made me wonder if this one garage is serious about customer service. After doing the usual waiting, an attendant walks past my car from a chat with collegues and goes straight to an SUV that stopped a few minutes after I did. Decided to follow him out of the garage to go to the nearest Engine Garage. This will be a routine I'll follow for as long as you do not take service serious here.
