Shelley was the celebrant at my mom’s funeral. She was so lovely and kind and I couldn’t have asked for more, it was the worst most awful time of our lives but yet we got through it with the help and guidance Shelley gave us. From the initial phone calls at the start of the planning, right through to the end she was professional, sympathetic and knew exactly how to conduct a beautiful service. Literally everyone that came said what a lovely service it was, the way Shelley spoke and the words she put together were perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

We were so very pleased by the personal nature of my wife's Mum's service and want to pass on our thanks for your support. I'd like to add my own appreciation of such a professional, yet still very personal orchestration of proceedings by yourself and the undertakers at what was a devastating time for us all. It's actually made us think positively about funerals, something (after having been to many) I thought I'd never feel. The chapel and grounds at the Crematorium also added to the feeling of serenity and calm, a beautiful setting. Thank you again and stay safe in these strange times. x

Shelley performed a funeral ceremony for me recently and did a great job. We had a couple of calls beforehand to go through the details of my uncles life. She was very easy to talk to and I was very pleased with the Eulogy she wrote. All the mourners at the ceremony said they were impressed with words she spoke and the way she delivered them. Shelley was outstanding, amazing and truly sincere. She was so professional , calm and considerate. My husband died suddenly although he had been ill for sometime. Shelley gave me and my family the support we needed at this difficult time and took away a lot of pressure with the funeral arrangements. She guided us well with her gentle and caring manner. She was there for me again, unfortunately when my mother died just 3 weeks later. I can't thank Shelley enough for all she did for me and my family. We recently had the funeral for our mum and were lucky enough to have Shelley to conduct the service. Shelley took the time to find out about my mum and who she was which came across in such a lovely, warm and thoughtful way. Shelley was also very kind in how sensitively and gently dealt with my dad. Shelley's email contact was really quick and responsive and she very much allowed us as a family to lay out how we wanted things to be. Shelley also complied the service into a folder which she sent to my dad, who is hard of hearing which he found really touching as it has meant he can re read the words he did not hear on the day. As a family,would we thoroughly recommend Shelley.
