Had I known Telenor had an agreement with this company and had read reviews prior to sending my Apple XS Max phone, I would never have done it. While still in warranty, the screen started malfunctioning. I sent it in and they immediately concluded that it was due to a drop since the back was slightly broken, and asked for almost double price for a new (already very expensive) screen:O I refused it. Fortunately, they did not even bothering opening the phone to check. I am glad, because a couple of weeks later, the phone was (and is) back working perfectly. Might have been moist inside that evaporated. But definitely overpaid for a very incorrect assessment. Plus there is no way of communicating to them once you receive their evaluation. Only good thing about them is how quick they were handling the case.

If I could give them 0 stars that would best reflect the service I was provided with. These people are rude, racist, disgusting and on top they don't even know how to repair devices. The thing that this company deserves is to shut down. Not only they failed to properly repair my phone but they damaged it further twice rendering it useless, when I tried to call them I was sweared at and they hang up on my face. As I can see pretty much everyone has had the same experience.

This company services phones works for another big telecom operator in Sweden. They were very arrogant and didn't even fix my phone.
I usually don't write reviews but now I feel obliged to since this company is authorised by Samsung, and has agreements with several large Norwegian retailers. For the customer this means that if you buy your phone from a certain retailer and experience problems with your phone, you may risking having your phone sent to Conmodo AS for eparation\. Below is my (and my retailer's) experience with them. Handed in a phone in August 2016 on warranty. (The phone had been bought from one of Norway's largest retailers.) Conmodo AS confirmed that the phone was water damaged and could therefore not be fixed based on the warranty. PROBLEM 1: When I asked them questions on how I myself could try to fix the phone, they said that they do only accept communication from my retailer. When I then received the phone back from the retailer, the display was lose! So they re-sent the phone back to Conmodo AS to have them fix it. PROBLEM 2: They didn't fix the display and asked for money - for their mistake. The phone was sent back - unfixed! During this period, the retailer tried to make contact with Conmodo AS, but received no answer from them. Conmodo AS, as previously mentioned, only accepts communication from the retailers. But now they don't even answer them! PROBLEM 3: My retailer accepted to compensate me for Conmodo's time-consuming mistakes. All in all, after this 3 month period, I would have been better off by not letting them take care of my phone. Unfortunately this would not have been possible, since my retailer already had a cooperation with them. I am not blaming my retailer at all, they did all they could. Conmodo AS, however, is fully responsible for this. If Conmodo AS does not change its own path when it comes to both customer and partner treatments, I don't think this company deserves even a 1 out of 5 ranking. But it's Christmas time, so I will give them that.
Be carefull before you send a mobilephone to this company you may get an invoice from them even they did not fix your phone
Incompetence and arrogance, do not take care of someone else's property . It is better to go to a different country than to use the service in Skarnes
