I had bought two pairs of rollerblades two weeks ago to be told that one pair was out of stock. The pair that was out of stock I was offered an exchange which I took. They still are yet to ship my items, I have tried calling them, emailing them and even the chat box online to get through. Considering it is a fault on their behalf with their website not being updated quick enough, you would think they would quickly resolve this issue and give me a refund or have sent out a replacement by now. Especially considering they were quick enough to take the money out. The rollerblades are now sold out on their competitors websites so it is looking unlikely that I will have gotten what I had hoped for by Christmas, despite ordering on the 22nd November leaving plenty of time. Disappointing and I would urge anyone to shop somewhere else. Poor service, poor communication, poorly updated website. Do not recommend, I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Wow, wish I read the reviews before buying from here, sounds like I was lucky to even receive an order even if it was the wrong one. Was Sent the wrong colour skateboard paid next day delivery for it as is a birthday present which my daughter specifically picked, sent a message in the site and also an email wanting something done about it had 1 email asking to send pictures so I sent a screen shot of what I ordered and a photo of the skateboard delivered clearly showing the differences, even the grip tape is wrong as to what is shown, anyway not heard nothing back daughters bday tomorrow going to need to send back now and wait and try find another and pay again for next day delivery or go to Milton Keynes snowdome to try find one during kockdown!
Be very careful ordering from this company. I ordered a scooter, they took payment despite not having it in stock. Now I can't get hold of anyone to sort out a refund. I'm all for supporting businesses, but poor customer service has let these guys down and I won't be using them again. I know these are challenging times but all it takes is a simple email, or call.
I placed an order for a Ryan Williams Scooter Thursday afternoon. No receipt or tracking details received for the purchase. It took a further 4 phones, numerous emails for the company to confirm a refund 5 days later and I was told to wait an additional 3 days for funds to clear. 9 days and a total waste of time shopping here. I will not shop here again! A total let down, trying to explain to a 5 year why they haven’t got a gift on time for their birthday is beyond disappointing! Why be in a business of providing customer service when your business does not give a Rats arse about the customer experience!
I ordered a pair of roller skates, they arrived promptly enough. However, when I first went to use them, I found out they were both left skates! Absolutely ridiculous. After informing the site of the issue, they responded after a few days and said that the skates were no longer available and I would have to return them for a refund. So, I now have to print a returns label off and post it back to them, which means I will not see my money again for a few weeks. Would not recommend buying from this site. Pay the extra money else where and get want you actually ordered.
