Beautiful pub very clean.good choice of menu .cooked nice apart from supposedly shoulder of lamb which came out as a shank.as a butcher this is totally different cut of meat and with taste was very bland.the real problem was the service.the lady who took our order was quite rude and made us feel as if we waz an inconvenience.we didn't mind the wait of over an hour as was busy but then after collected plates from mains to totally be ignored about desserts whilst 2 of the servers stood chatting and giggling until eventually we gave up and asked for bill to have items on there that wasn't ours.174.00 we spent as was my 50th birthday to be ignored and spoken to rudely.great pub just sum bad staff.

Just been here for a meal... outstanding fantastic... i had the steak and kidney pie.. 10/10 Will definitely be going back... And the staff were awesome and friendly

Been before and thought it pleasant enough but it's very regimented now with all the covid malarkey and more over the top than other places. The food is nice but sign here, stand there, etc, etc and then only being able to sit outside unless pre booked sucks the joy away on a windy day. Not really a good place to pop in for a pint now.
