Love Dr. Baker. Takes the time to talk with you, no rushing you, and never makes you feel like you just asked a stupid question. Dr. Baker Loves her job to the fullest, and my furbaby loves her Dr. Baker. On our way to see Dr. Baker, she's so excited to go for a ride.

EDIT**** I'm not sure who responded to my review, but a simple apology would have been nice. When we spoke to the Dr. on the phone, she was very apologetic, and she said that she would be speaking to the office manager about how the front desk approach's people moving forward. I'm not arguing the fact that a person's financial situation is not important. I understand that you have to know what that financial situation is so that you know how to move forward with care, but your approach with the lack of empathy needs to be addressed. Your staff needs to be trained better when it comes to bedside manners. At least the Dr. who spoke to us on the phone showed empathy for our dying animal, unlike this response that was given. Not to mention, my mother has been a customer for many many years, who is on a limited income. We were finally told that because of number of years she has been a customer, prior to new ownership, they would take her financial situation into consideration and offer help if needed. It's honestly not about money, it how you make your customers feel at the end of the day. My cat is extremely sick, she hasn't eaten in several days or drank water. She is having trouble breathing. We called the vet yesterday and we were told they couldn't see her, but would have to work her in tomorrow. My mother just got home from dropping our cat off, and all I can say is the people who work here could care less about my dying animal. All they were concerned about was how much money they were going to get paid today. Depending on how ,much money we paid would determine what they would do. I have spent the last 24 hours in tears, because our pets are our family, and to hear about the lack of consideration for our pet today makes me completely sick. All they care about is their money. They don't care about the well being of animals. Don't use this vet unless you just don't care about how your pet is treated.
