This is a very clean and nice facility. It is up-to-date and air conditioned. The staff and owners are all extremely nice and easy to work with. If you are lucky enough to be on one of the Sox teams, the coaching is first class!

I booked 2 cages for today 8/28 on 8/27 at 6:26pm for 8pm. The rain end up not shutting the fields down so I called 8/28 at 4:20pm stating I needed to cancel the tunnels I had reserved. The lady I spoke with stated since I did not cancel within 24 hours prior I Would be on the hook for the 2 tunnels. I asked if that is the case why did that not get explained or mentioned to me when I called, prior scheduling less than 24 hours before. She had no answer for me. Not to mention I have had similar Situation happen in the past and I had to cancel and nothing like this was ever mentioned. They said no problem
