Complete change. The new owners of the Philly Pretzel Factory are AMAZING! The pretzels are fresh and hot. Someone is always there to greet you and they care about their community. Upon there first week of being open under the new management, the owner stopped by the library, where I work and brought some pretzels for the staff to introduce herself and let the community know that she was the new owner. The new staff is visible and polite. I like the changes that they have made. The store looks clean and more current with the other Philly Pretzel Factories in the area. Definitely a nice change of pace.

I have purchased pretzels at this store for a number of years. The owners have changed over time. This is the 3rd time I have purchased pretzels with the new owners. The first time was the grand opening. That day the pretzels were warm and fresh. The last two times, the pretzels were cold and hard like the sat out all day. Very disappointed. I'm not sure if I will buy pretzels here again.
Excellent customer service. Pretzels came out fantastic. I asked to make a batch of fresh pretzels and they did it without hesitation. Its a great establishment and the new owners definitely know how to run this store.
The pretzels are great and a welcome addition to any gathering. The manager, Danny, was professional and provided great suggestions.
Tried to use discount coupon from brand new entertainment book that specifically listed this location. Worker said boss didn't allow him to take those coupons. Permanently lost my business over 3 free pretzels, which couldn't cost them more than pennies to make.
I ordered a party tray and not only did the new owners have it ready for me, it was also fresh and delicious

Quick service and nice and polite workers. They don’t give enough dip for the amount of pretzels you order.
