Today 2/6/2021, I had a lovely and wonderful encounter with a Customer Service Representative by the name of Jackie Williams. I commend her for professionalism, kindness and phenomenal customer service during these very difficult and challenging COVID pandemic times. Jackie represents the Shoprite community well and is definitely an asset.
