This place is an absolute joke, no management, no tutors so we're just in doing absolutely nothing because they don't wanna pay there staff. They don't care about anything other then filling there pockets up the money. You complain and they ignore you for a week or so first then make loads of empty promises, but guess what a week later it's back to normal. Stay as far away from this place as possible, the courses over run by atleast a year due to lack of staff or poor management and planning STAY AWAY

They rung me this morning at 9:27 and the lady who very rude and unprofessional! I simple answered the phone and said “hello who’s this” and she said I can’t answer the phone like that and then hung up on me well that isn’t professional at all! Then I rung the manger up to complain and she didn’t care at all! She said I shouldn’t of done that and I shouldn’t of answered like that, and then she said I was screaming and she was also rude to my mum as well when she said I wasn’t screaming! I’d advise anyone to not bother with them they are rude , unprofessional and a waste of time! I will be taking this a lot higher because they aren’t getting away with this! Idc if you’re representing ford if I don’t know who the number is I’m going to say who’s this aren’t I?

I have been with Skillnet for nearly a year now as the HR Manager, fast paced environment and work with great people. Like any role it has its challenges, work wouldn't be rewarding without challenges. Management are working hard to improve processes and procedures as well as health and well being- we recently launched a fantastic new benefits scheme into the business which has been received very well and have some great projects lined up for 2019.

Wanted more information about getting my level 3 qualification. They rang me up the next day to understand a little more information and I dealt with a Michelle Oliver, she is very friendly and kind and helped me with everything I needed to do and sent out my CV to a few local garages.
