I was really looking forward to my appointment but was highly disappointed by the horrible experience I had. I had booked a signature facial and I was hoping to learn more about my skin and discuss my skin concerns with an esthetician. However, the "esthetician" who serviced me did not talk to me during the whole facial so I was not able to discuss my skin concerns like I had wanted to. Neither did she let me know what the facial consisted of and this caused me to have a bad reaction to the scrub she applied. I have sensitive skin and the scrub really irritated and hurt my skin. After this experience, I do not plan on returning.

A wonderful gem to uncover in Revere and priced very reasonably. Everyone is very professional. Very luxurious inside, with the lower level offering a very nice, Mediterranean feel. Launa is the best massage therapist we've ever had, and we've gone through a few.
