Took my daughter for ear piercing, wanted 3 at the top of her ear. I have to say I was very impressed, was told what would be used, the reasons behind this, how to look after them properly, given written care advice. Neo was great with her (she's 13) she came out very happy. Would definitely reccomend over going somewhere like Claire's!!

Decided to get my helix pierced and couldn't have gone to a better place. I felt confident the staff new what they were doing and made me feel comfortable. Was fast and easy but took the time to make sure I was completely happy. Clearly explained how to look after my new piercing. Overall super happy with this new additional and will be back again for more.
I had my belly button pierced today, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the all-round service :) loveliest guy ever! I’m not too familiar with piercings so I did feel a bit faint after but they were so helpful and knew exactly what to do to help, thank you!

Literally nothing bad to say about Neo. From drawing the design to the end tattoo, he's been friendly and helpful. His art work is incredible and he's got a light touch which definitely helps those who find tattoo's painful (like me). 10/10!
