Have visited the clinic on many occasions and the service I receive is always second to none, the whole team at Skintalks are a credit to themselves. I am always so pleased with the results from my treatments and Helena really is an expert not only advising which treatments would be best for me but also when it comes to carrying them out. Firstly let me start with saying the customer service I received from all the team has been world class, it’s smiles and warmth from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The knowledge giving to me at my consultation by Helena put me at ease about the treatment I was looking into. I was giving so much information on Botox not only about the aesthetic feel and look but the health benefits of it in the medical field also. After my consultation there was absolute no pressure to go through with any treatment but I was confident enough after hearing all the benefits and risks that it was was a journey I wanted to up take within The clinic and have since been back on several occasions and look forward to continuing my journey with the skin talks team. Helena is a fountain of knowledge and it’s for this reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Went in to have a skin tag removed and ended up with a 10 day black eye. Apparently my skin is too old and fragile - not mentioned before treatment. Also did not stop therapist turning machine up to use more power and trying to burn the thing off my face. Not interested in welfare of client. Got the impression that as long as you had paid then issue for them was closed. No interest in pain, embarrassment and disfigurement caused. It's not nice having to constantly explain why you have a black eye and a bruised and swollen face. Was considering for other treatments - definitely not now. I still have skin tag. They suggested that I went back and let them try it again. Find another salon. Not recommended.
I am always given 5 star treatment from Helena, she is an absolute professional and listens to you and the results you are looking for. I would totally recommend her without hesitation she isan amazing lady
Wouldn't recommend them whatsoever Paid them cash every time FOR A LONG TIME Then received a letter 0ut of the blue for some reason more or less saying to go else where Thay were always happy to take my cash.Wouldnt recommend them in the least
