I’m a CrossFit athlete and have been in the sport for 5 years. I have frequent muscle soreness and sometimes a very stiff neck from an older injury (not CrossFit related). I met Jeff years ago and after my first massage, I never went anywhere else. He is constantly doing research and improving his practice. If you have a question, he can answer it. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gives great recommendations and stretches to do at home to help prevent injury or to help relieve pain in certain areas. If you have aches and pains and need relief, I can guarantee you this is the place for you. You won’t want to go anywhere else after you’ve been here. Plus, the place is immaculate and incredibly nice. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
