Really helpful and friendly staff with excellent customer service. A big help with advice purchasing new equipment and even taking an interest in the wellbeing and safety of their customers. I would highly recommend this store as a go to place when needing to purchase new clothing/equipment for your next adventure

A good selection of Men and Women's outdoor equipment and accessories. Plenty of room inside and pleasantly laid out. A seating area for trying footwear on at the end of the store. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble. There is a good selection of top brand gear and some tents are here although only one is on display and erected. There are many outdoor shops in Skipton , I would recommend visiting this one as it ticks all the boxes.

Excellent experience here. I went in to buy boots and the help I was given by staff was first class. The Covid-19 measures are superb. A person greets you as you go in, hand sanitizer was available and a one way system is in place. And the boots I bought have been superb, thank you.

Brilliant shop staff always helpful, I bought the Montane terra pants today spent a good hour on the fell with my dog in terenshal rain and was as dry as bone. Brilliant make well worth the brass!!
