I applyed about a mortgage here sally was the advisor she told us we could get upto 220k she did not check with the banks we could get a house and put an offer that was accepted to be then told we couldnt get that mortgage we could only get 165k not like its 10/20k diffrent its 55k out due to furlough payslips making us speak to the estate agent to be embarrassed by telling then we are withdrawing the offer due to not being able to get the mortgage i even felt the need to go and apologise about the situation with the owners of the house i was going to buy i wouldnt recommend me smarter morgages at all id recommend going to reach4 they are so perfessional and they also dont charge as much as me smarter do
