They are letting far too many people in, no social distancing, couldn't get to the stuff I needed due to the amount of people in there, it's a small food hall. Dissapointing as I do like to shop in M&S but I won't be returning anytime soon.

Love M&S, but really... who doesn't! Food quality is great, albeit on the pricey side - having said that, you do get what you pay for! Staff are friendly, just sometimes the queues at the tills are a little frustrating.

Great covid precautions. Customers are counted as they enter so the store isn't crowded. Sometimes this means customers have a short wait to enter but it is certainly worth it to maintain safety. Trollies and baskets are cleaned for each customer and sanitiser is right in front of the entrance point.
