David was recommended to me when I started having problems with my ageing laptop. He came to my office - I didn't have to take the laptop to him which was a massive bonus. David arrived exactly on time, quickly identified the problem (and the solution). Within an hour, my laptop was performing much better which has saved me the expense and hassle of replacing it - at least for a while.
