Super friendly staff. The treatment was brilliant. I had a microdermabrasion and my skin felt amazing straight away. Would definitely recommend!
The salon is in a lovely building but sadly the quality of the hairdressing and customer service does not match. My hair was cut and coloured here (as I’m new to the area) - the cut did not match what I asked for (all uneven ends) and colour was all streaky with root patches showing on my crown. I rang to request an emergency appointment and they wanted to charge me full price to fix and we were unhelpful. I ended up at another salon to fix - paying !! Horrendous - avoid ! Very unhappy! * Update / Response - Jane and Team, Thank-you for your reply, I’m not sure why you cannot find me in your appointment book, I will contact you directly.
