Relatively nicely visible carvings. The parking is not marked very obviously as you have to follow the read back for first 100 meters but otherwise fine.
Ever since the great ice-landing retreat retired and left a narrow strip of dry land, all along the coast, people have lived in Østfold, Norway. For 10,000-12,000 years ago, the first hunters came hunting in skippers over the sea, and from the moment they landed, they have left their way. In Østfold, Norway, there are numerous mountain areas that carry on track not only according to the shape and texture of the ice sheet, but also traces of human artwork. The rock carvings in Norway were made for several thousand years, shortly after the end of the ice age ten thousand years ago and until the Iron Age in the centuries after Christ's birth. During this long time, many kinds of rock carvings were made. Rectangles are pictures or symbols that people once chopped into stones and mountains.
Ingenting att besöka nu på våren. Allting täckt av presenningar. Kanske senare.
