The staff was kind and helpful. But they have no smartphones infos (not in stored)
Decent electrical store but a little pricey
Horrible service, I bought a pair of in ear headphones for 200 (2000 kr). I tried them at home only to find out that they hurt my ears after a short while. I then went to the store to return them but was rejected to do so with the explanation that they are a \hygiene product\. Ridiculous... Like how hard is it to disinfect them with some kind of alcohol and then resell them again? Or just change out the different ear pieces since it's really those that go inside your ear. Never buying anything from Media markt again and I will tell other people to avoid them like the plague.
Would be a 5 star if they have more Android phones like oneplus or Google pixel and more

I was called in to the store to make a purchase of the item that needed to be backordered, when I got there, guy told me a different price (from one we agreed on, over the phone), I asked him to double check, I spoke to other staff member, non were helpful. After returning home, next day I got a call from MediaMarkt saying they made a mistake and that it f I wanted an item, I should have gone to the store again (which was 1.5 hours away as it is), I asked them to fix it over the phone, they refused. Enough said.
