The owner, Rob Fagan never explained his incredibly baffling and highly priced minimums. All he said was 125 for a call to evaluate. He never said that to start work, there was another minimum of 450 which counted for service only, and not parts. So the minimum you will pay is 450 plus another 400 for parts plus tax...895 to \fix\ 2 functional windows that were stiff! Crazy. So I threw out the 125 and didn't let him do the work

I received wonderful service from this company. It was not the most inexpensive but the craftsmanship was well worth the money. The owner came to my home, gave me an estimate and the work was completed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things and I highly recommend this company.
