This was a truly fantastic experience! Everybody involved in the initial booking and then the flying on the day were the perfect balance of friendly and professional. The whole thing was a joy.... and rounded off with a glass of bubbles!

What an experience, absolutely fantastic, and our pilot Tony was a very lovely gentleman with lots of experience and a wicked sense of humor made the ride more enjoyable, thank you all very much. Definitely recommend.
WARNING - I lost 800 to this company. You can contact me to discuss it, I'm a genuine person, this is my real name, you can Google me or find me on LinkedIn, and I have all the emails with this company. So we're going back 10 years ago, but I just re-found all the emails this morning and it reminded me of all that lost money. I bought a voucher for the whole balloon for my family and my dad, as he was terminally ill. He died before we could fly, because to fly means everyone having a free diary on a day when the wind is \u003c7mph and the air is cool and my dad felt OK. Those odds are practically zero. My dad died before flying. So we rebooked with my dad's friend in his place. Amazingly, and this is all true, he suddenly died of a heart attack. So we half-joked that this balloon flight was jinxed. My mum then took that place and, this is absolutely true, she was diagnosed with lung cancer within a month. We never flew. The company policy is to take your money up front and keep it all, regardless. Do not book this unless you are willing to lose all your money.
Booked the VIP experience voucher for a wedding present and ended up having perfect weather for the day that we booked. Incredible experience and can honestly say what a well run machine this company is. Thank you so much to all of those involved with making our day perfect! Booked easily; friendly staff; great pilots; champagne at the end and a great breakfast. Couldn't have asked for anymore.
