Had an amazing experience with Mike and his crew. Moved into an older house in Santa Cruz, and the 80s-era slider and windows in the kitchen had really started to show their age. We had some dry-rot issues and a host of other problems as well. Mike designed a new custom layout for brand new windows and a french door that completely transformed our house. By re-engineering the structural components of the wall and keeping an keen eye out for symmetry, they took an ugly eyesore of a wall (see before image) and turned it into something amazing. His crew was punctual, friendly and extremely courteous. From the moment they showed up each morning to when they meticulously cleaned their work area at night, I always felt like I was getting my money's worth. They finished the project exactly on time, on budget and to a level of quality I couldn't have imagined! Will definitely call on these guys again.
SKYLIGHT WINDOW AND DOOR SOLUTIONS replaced a leaking skylight for us last year. Mike is easy to work with, communicates clearly, and completed all the work as scheduled and as quoted. Additionally, they came to our house within an hour of us calling to check a leak, that was not caused by them, and installed a tarp to help us make it through the rainy season. The leak was caused by a fault in our he original design of the roof not by Mike. He did not charge us for the visit. We highly recommend them.
