I had the pleasure of taking Yoga and Pilates classes at Skylight Yoga & Fitness during my stay in Naples. I immediately loved the environment that Pinky created. She is very kind and is always willing to help you find the best class to fit your needs. Both the Yoga and Pilates classes and the instructors who teach the courses are very professional and engaging on every level. The studio is also very clean and organized for both in person and online courses. I always felt great when I was inside the studio. I highly recommend Skylight and will definitely continue to go to their upon my return to Naples!

An incredible gym to work out! The studio is exceptionally clean, comfortable and friendly. It offers a great variety of classes including Yoga and Pilates. Pinky and all the instructors are professional, knowledgeable and passionate about fitness. I’ve been going for a few months and the results are amazing. Skylight Yoga & Fitness is a great hidden gem to work out! It offers a variety of classes, Pilates mat, yoga, trx, kickboxing and reformer. The owner, Pinky and her instructors are motivating, give you a great workout and easy to follow. There is no judgement, you work at your own pace. If you want a great workout in a boutique gym I highly recommend Skylight Yoga & Fitness!

I began taking YogaBox and Yoga with Pinky a few years ago and I can't say enough about it. YogaBox has increased my cardio and allowed me to keep my flexibility. I have been taking and studying martial arts for over 15 yrs now and YogaBox is a beautiful way to stay in shape. The yoga after a good sweat makes this the best way to start my Saturday mornings. Pinky's ability to encourage, push and make you sweat, keeps me coming back for more! All I have to say is I love this place because it has become a one-stop-shop for strength, cardio and yoga!
