Vardell Laursen

Dr. Okawa performed two hand surgeries. After the second, I was overdosed in the recovery room and nearly died. At my follow-up I was told if the surgery didn't work there wasn't anything she could do for me. After living in pain for a year i contacted another surgeon. Looking at My x ray it was quite evident that there was definitely a problem. I would not refer Dr. Okawa as your surgeon.

I was referred t this provider after a auto accident. I went to one appointment was told to try a splint and medications and told to follow up. Scheduled a follow up appointment. The morning of the follow up appointment I was called and told that they have to cancel was not given an option to reschedule. Tried to call and reschedule. Was never able to get through to the clinic. Was sent a bill that my insurance had already paid. They told me the insurance took the payment back. I called my insurance and they did not. If I had not checked I would have been billed TWICE For the one appointment. Can NEVER get anyone t answer at the office. Always get the Answering Service.. Would suggest going else where.
