Amazing experience from start to finish. Amanda helped us look at different hoop options and select the one perfect for 4 teenagers. They went out of their way to get us scheduled and complete the job within a couple weeks (with rain), versus others that were booking further out. The job was professional, measured well for where to place off the driveway, and the hoop is great. Finally, we had some follow-up questions after the job was completed. Tony and Amanda were willing spend what ever time was necessary to make us happy. I love supporting local businesses anyway, but in this case, the results speak for itself. Awesome job, and thank you. I'd recommend 100%.

Amanda was nothing but responsive (except a hiccup where my email was filtered into a spam inbox but that isn’t their fault). Tony was the real deal.. just let him know what you want and where you want it and let him go to work... very satisfied and happy and it was all very timely. I ordered a portable basketball hoop for our house in the City (Chicago.) 6 months ago. It's pretty common for kids to play hoops in the alley and the portable can be wheeled in and out of a garage and walkway. Our neighborhood friends were all lamenting about how difficult it is to assemble and we could never find the 4 hours. I finally gave in and asked for help and called Slam Dunk. They came out in a few days and had it set up in less than 2 hours. They also taught me how to best care for it in the winter. These guys are great! Within hours, my kids came home and were playing b-ball...all weekend long! I feel like dad of the year! Life is busy. We can't always do stuff ourselves. I am thankful to have met these guys and really appreciate how well they set up our hoop! Thanks.
We used Slam Dunk Hoops to install a Top Grade in Ground Adjustable Hoop and could not be happier with their service, installation, and product. They were courteous, on time, and provided guidance through the process. Look no further if you are in IL and or WI, these guys blow away anything you will get from Dick's and at a better price.
