Ordered my mattress online and asked for it to be delivered by a specific date. Got a call the same day to confirm and say they had changed delivery company to ensure it arrived in time for me. Got another call the night before to say what time they would be coming and a further call 10 minutes before arrival so we could make sure our old mattress was ready for collection too. Great communication, great price and I LOVE the mattress! Very happy thank you!

Was a bit wary when I read the reviews but I had a very positive experience. Contacted office when bed was due to enquire about delivery, communication was great and they arranged it all within a few days. Delighted with the bed and service throughout. Delivery guys were excellent.

Really friendly and helpful to begin with- very quick to take your money, changed mattress size and they made it sound like no problem... had to pay for both mattress’ - 3 weeks on I’m still waiting for my refund with no sign of it being returned! Rude staff when I ring to chase. Will not be using again!

Ordered this mattress 3 weeks ago because it stated next day delivery, I’ve been chasing for a week was told will definitely be here before Christmas was supposed to be delivered today between 8 and 6 I’ve waited in all day nothing. Communication is appalling I’ve chased all the time when promised I’ll be contacted I haven’t been. It’s now 8 pm on Christmas Eve and still not arrived. Terrible service!! Devastated!!

I needed a new mattress and the SILENTNIGHT Sofia Mirapocket 1200 Select 150CM (5FT) had won awards so I googled for the cheapest price. The salesman Colin was warm, friendly and full of knowledge. I added two mattress protectors and although I paid for the cheaper ones he sent the dearer Silentnight at no extra cost. The delivery guys were great and took away the plastic covering. I'm over the moon with my new mattress and thank Colin for a very pleasant transaction and wonderful service. Kind regards and Happy Christmas :)
