Absolute waste of time, if you are serious about renting a property and your value your time avoid this agency at all cost! Lack of communication and lack of professionalism, absolute joke! Changing their mind in the process, you have it, you don’t have it, disappearing emails, what a waste of time!!!!

Not sure if this is even a real agency. Wanted to book viewing of one of the houses they had and received application form online. It asked for lots of sensitive information which I did not realise they should not be asking before we even have seen the house. Nevertheless we filled in application just to hear nothing from them. I rand next day to enquire about process and we were told they will shortly ring back and offer available viewing slots. Never happened. Would never deal again.
