worked there for a while HORRIBLE place to work for! i was told by the human resources manager that she smiles at the managers but really disagrees with some of the standards there, i was also a long standing user of their skips until i worked there, the place employs more immigrants then brits? dont let the flash trucks make you think they are a sound running company! they pay the 360 operators 7.50 which is on the borderline of the worst 360 wage ive ever known in fact employment agencies are paying 2per hour more & thats taking the P, my other mate has worked in various recycling plants and told me 7.50 is pathetic and the lowest paid 360 wage hes heard of normally they are paid around 9per hour in the recycling industry?, i commented on their facebook group and they removed it and stopped me from posting again? i didnt post anything offensive or illegal just some home truths and got banned from doing so! rather then them answer the questions i asked they just blocked me shows you what kinda company they are? so whoever is in charge of the facebook group is a huge part of the problem as they dont want to know peoples thoughts or feedback of how they operate? They forget the internet is a powerfull tool! so whilst they ignore myself and some of the lads who worked for them concerns by deleting our comments on their facebook account we have other ways to express our thoughts! BTW its a family run business and you would think they was more concerned with feedback regardless if its negative! Lastly they have destroyed the buildings that was the old air field! they have modified them and just smashed them to bits? they wont be salvageable in any form a real bit of history ruined!
