I can't believe the amazing customer service provided by Screwfix. Having bought a hoover which just wasn't doing the job, I rang customer service. They were amazing and immediately offered to upgrade the model I'd bought which was more expensive yet charged me the price of the original hoover which I was able to easily return. The young man was kind, helpful and able to provide excellent product advice. I was thrilled. The customer service at Screwfix should be the model for all companies to follow. One very happy customer. I hasten to add that the original hoover I ordered was significantly cheaper than anywhere else as well! I wish they did other household items like fridges. I'd buy everything from Screwfix if I could.
