Terrible solicitors. Not proactive and pass the blame for their mistakes. Poor response. Ongoing for well over a year, they lost all my paperwork and made me do it all again. Passed between people constantly. They don't respond to your emails or call you back. (I only got a response to my email I wrote a month ago because of writing this review)... They continue to ask me the same questions over and over despite me having already provided these details ample times yet they keep losing this information. They wrote up a letter of claim and wrote it up incorrectly yet shunted the blame for their error to myself saying I provided the information incorrectly which isn't the case. Exhausted with this ongoing battle. This should have been straight forward. They haven't even contacted the witness who was an officer despite me requesting this several times. Formally logged with police reference yet they haven't requested this information. I've had to do multiple medical access requests because they haven't actively followed up. I wish I went to a different firm but now I'm trapped due to how long this firm has messed this case about.

Used Slee Blackwell following a dog bite when I was warned by the plastic surgeon that there was long-term potential for complications caused by infection, so I needed to make a claim against the dog owner's insurance.
