Very disappointed in this office, from beginning to end. Threatened to charge me 500 if I didn't show yet had told.me.it had been canceled. It has been over 2 months and still have not received my results. Alot of incompetence in that office. Too many issues to even list in this review.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a medical office. Paid my 60 copay for an appointment with someone who apparently isn't a doctor, \Ms. Kim\, brought both my APAP machines in for readings more than a week ago. Got a call yesterday saying \The doctor (whom I never saw) would like to see you in three months.\ All I wanted, and I made this clear when I scheduled the appointment, was a prescription for a new APAP machine. Aside from the fact that I still don't have that prescription and don't know if I will ever get it, this \doctor\ reviewed my machine reports and has never provided anything back to me in terms of an evaluation of my progress other than \Call us in 3 months.\ Not acceptable.

Never answer the phone. The staff is ver incompetent l. Very unprofessional. I am going out of network. This place is absolutely horrible the doctor goes on vacation so they act like they can’t help you. Does not have a doctor on standby to handle patients while he is gone. Don’t understand how insurance works. These people are terrible

I have never had a bad experience with SCA at all. The only thing I could say negative about this place is that you have to leave a voicemail most of the time but they always call back within 24 hours. It is a very busy clinic and all the providers have been great thus far. I have been with Kim for the past 2 years and she is thorough and pleasant to work with.
