I was shown how to use the equipment by Zack, he was extremely helpful and very precise at showing me how to use the equipment. I had no.problems remembering what he showed me I consider that to be an excellent trait as I am a senior citizen.

Cross Gates on Pontchartrain is a great facility! Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help! Megan and Lexi gave me great service and answered every question I had plus more!!!! I would highly recommend going through them if your going to sign up.

They motivate and encourage you to give your all. The trainer and the other trainees! So much so, that you crave it & look forward to being there!
