The culture at this Lowe's store seems to empower employees to do what they can to meet the needs of their customers. It definitely will not find that kind of customer service at the Walmart next door

The employees need to be trained. There is no reason as a customer in the store that I should have to tell an employee how to do their job. The employees need to be trained to do their jobs.
