My home was a humidity jungle. The original installer stated the cause as misuse of the setback thermostat and nothing was wrong with their installation or equipment. Giovanni and his father found the problem in minutes which was a blockage of the coil and the original installer using the wrong metering device. The system works perfectly now with the setback thermostat. They are the mega smart Slidell AC company in Slidell.

I lease a ice machine from them and they came out set it up and came back the next day to make sure everything was working fine, almost a year later and still satisfied, should have called them a long time ago ️
This guy who owns mega air is a ripoff and a scary dude. He charged me 371 to change one circuit breaker and told me my unit was fried. He then threatened to report me to the parish if I did not use him and put a used unit in. It gets worst he called me tonight and said that if i say anything bad to my tenet he would again report me. HE IS NUTS. DUDE ARENT U MARRIEd, I am tired of his threats. Isn't that call extortion. He is desperate for work and a friend. I would never use him again. And if he makes something up to try report me I am calling the police,
