If you ever decide to cancel an appointment make sure you speak to someone personally. Due to someone in the office not writing down the message correctly, I am being charge full price for a session that I did not go to. “Due to policy, they will have to charge me for the session missed of 95.” After arguing with the counselor and consulting with management, they decided to refund me half as a credit to me. Saying that we were both at error. How am I at error when I called and left a message. I thought the customer was always right. And I am right and that is why I am arguing to get my full refund.
