Dr. Rob has been my girls’ pediatrician for the last 25 years. I have always recommended him and trusted his professional opinion. Our last visit was different. It was like he was a completely different person. His usual jovial personality was replaced by a rude, condescending attitude. He told my 9 year old daughter that her symptoms were “in her head” and told her dad and I he thought it was psychological. Her symptoms were later verified and diagnosed by a pediatric cardiologist. Before we were even out of the office, my daughter was crying and asked me to never bring her to Dr. Rob again which is really sad bc she has always loved him. I’m not sure what happened to cause this drastic change but we will never step foot in that office again. My daughter still cries when she talks about it bc she just can’t understand why her trusted doctor didn’t believe her.

This place is great. All of the doctors and staff are excellent. They are never too busy to see your child and they will make sure to be thorough. We love Dr Rob and Nurse Tony! Although Dr Rob is our primary pediatrician, every doctor in the office is thorough and attentive to the children, and they consult and share experience with each other.
