It's an honour to meet Ethan who is the founder and chef. As it is our first time visiting the restaurant, Ethan has kindly helped to explain the menu. The Singapore SLINGs are good. The food are flavourful and right portions. Service is thoughtful and not intrusive. Overall have a very pleasant experience at the restaurant.

I dare to say this was one of the worst 'high end' restaurants in Singapore. I made a reservation but we were given bar seats because they told us all tables were reserved. When we insisted to have a table, miraculously the table became available, and then I have not seen any customers except one other group in the entire night. FOOD? It was hawker centre food. Even my Singaporean friend told me he cannot tell difference from the 5 dollar hawker meal - super salty (high sodium) and sugary. Nothing special. Small sambal prawn costs 35 dollars and lobster noodle costs 68 dollars. Bad service and cheap taste food. will NEVER go back.

Taking a swing at @SLINGSG! Giving the classic Singaporean Sling an innovative twist with five different profiles. For those who like a sweeter cocktails, go for the Sling-a-pu-ra (26) and the Coco Sling (28). The former is a fruity refreshing cocktails which uses tropical fruits and botanicals like pandan, ginger and lemongrass to give the beverage some acid for balance. Whereas the Coco Sling is stunningly served in a roasted young coconut, topped with coconut foam that it’s easy to drink

Went there for a quick cocktail and realized that they had Madison Ikkuko upstairs. There was absolutely no client at 6pm and I requested for a whisky sour. He could have made one as I mentioned that I had one here before and wanted to show my friend that they make good cocktails. The bartender refused and just said they only serve SLINGs. We ended with wine... How to retain clients with this attitude?

DIY Popiah was fun, Nenek chicken was yummy, I liked the Asam fish and my favourite was Kampong Sayur....
