Replaced my refrigerator this summer after my freezer went out. When I visited the store Jake was my no BS sales person who totally understood what I wanted and did not force feed me anything. One week after delivery I cracked a handle on my freezer door. Service was able to replace my handle even though I broke it. Highly recommend the family feel, people first, loical small company. Thank you Bergmann!! We will be back!

When I went to the store I was expecting to have to buy a new dryer, I spoke with JAKE and he set me up to speak with AMY in repairs to fix my current dryer! They both saved me tons of money!! After that JAKE spent so much time with me showing me amazing mattresses and helping me pick what would be best for me and my back pain! I will be back there for all my needs, he is most definitely personal and helpful with everything you need!!
