We had the pleasure of working with Kelly on a property that she listed and we wanted to purchase. We ended up having some problems with our loan company Quicken Loans and felt like we needed to drop the purchase because we would have difficulty finding another lender on such short notice with the closing date barely a month away. But Kelly was able to refer us to another lender Cross Country Mortgage and the loan originator Nick Gundrum who managed to complete the loan application and approval process with surprising ease and efficiency. We closed on schedule. If not for Kelly's experience, knowledge and connections in the industry we would still be renting. Thank you Kelly!!
