When the volunteer fire department I was on was purchasing a new fire engine, we met with multiple vendors. The guys from Reliant were very knowledgeable and helpful which made us choose them to purchase our engine. During the entire process they were very receptive and answered questions within hours, if not minutes, of us asking. Even after taking delivery, they assist with anything that is needed on the engine even now, 10 years later! Because if this, my current department has recently purchased and engine from them and has signed a contract to buy a platform from them after having bought apparatus elsewhere. This is a top notch company with great employees. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a fire apparatus or have service on their current fleet!!
