I stopped in for a little tweaking on my vehicle. During my wait, I looked around and discovered a newer Jeep product that I just had to take pictures of. (Nice color too.) Jeep now makes pickup trucks. Enjoy the pics everyone. Awesome looking vehicle. I was very pleased with my service today.

When I bought my car back in June, I received two, complimentary oil changes. I just used my second one & I have to say, both times that I’ve went, I’ve been highly impressed with the service. Most places try to upsell unneeded services to me & I haven’t experienced that here, which is a breath of fresh air. I also want to add that Joe’s friendliness and professionalism added to my both of experiences. I didn’t really interact with his team, but the ones I did speak to briefly, were also great. My commute is from Milwaukee, but the great customer service will continue to make the drive worth it.

I have taken my vehicles here for a long time for their oil changes. Most recently I took my van in for an oil change and to check out why the check engine light was on before my family and I moved to Florida. Adam went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my van and to get it fixed. Words can not describe how thankful I am to him for all of the work he put into my van and going the extra mile to make sure my van was in great condition for my drive to Florida. Highly recommend Uptown!
