Needed a second opinion on a repair. Jensen was on time and very professional. He explained what was needed for the repair and saved us some money. Also, offered a few tips on how to have a better fire thanks to you E&C Chimney Services I will recommend them to family and friends. I highly recommend using E&C ChmneyServices!! Josh fit me into his schedule, which was busy around Christmas. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He gave me some suggestions for improving air flow and fireplace efficiency, but absolutely did not push me to do or purchase anything. Friendly and professional! We will be calling Josh and E&C ChmneyServices again.

Not only was Ben early but he was informative and super clean with the whole process. He took his shoes off before entering and with each trip to his truck for equipment. Love! Love! Love! I was at the end of my inspection window and they squeezed in a safety inspection and sweep. Then they got a minor repair completed in time for closing. I will use E&C Chimney Services again for sure!
Xavier was very polite and professional. After inspecting the problem (water was leaking from chimney crown to inside the house), he immediately identified the problem. Xavier, the mason, did a great job. Ethan was professional and responsive. Chimney gave me discount b/c they were not able to show up on the day they were supposed to. Johnny is very professional and honest business owner. He checked our chimneys and told us they are fine and don't require any cleaning, basically killing his own business. He even fixed our gutters without any charges. Thanks again
