In my experience, Winston's is major league while everyone else is sandlot baseball. They were by far the most professional of any of the three companies from whom I got estimates for this job. They provided a detailed account of the chimney's condition including photos and a detailed estimate of the repair work they would undertake. We postponed for several months because of COVID but when I finally felt it was safe they scheduled the work surprisingly soon. I was kept constantly informed, even when the workmen were leaving for my home. Daniel and his partners were meticulous in their work. Unfortunately, on the second day I believe they were rushing to beat approaching storms and one section was not done to my satisfaction. I took a photo and emailed it to Ryan. He agreed and scheduled another visit without the slightest hesitation. Lorenz and his partner really did a wonderful job that day. I am very happy now with the results. I still have the G&LChmneyServices yard sign up and have already been asked by two neighborhood couples whether I would recommend G&LChmneyServices. I use their follow up response as my primary evidence for saying, "Absolutely!" Any company this committed to my satisfaction, has my hearty recommendation.

They came for an inspection and cleaning. They were honest and didn’t charge me for a cleaning that I didn’t need. Very professional, and were very mindful to keep the house clean while they worked. I couldn’t recommend them any higher, and will be using G&L Chimney Services for all our future fireplace needs.

The workers Robert and Jameson of G&L Chmney Services and customer service rep were very courteous and did great work to clean out our gutters. They arrived on time and always responsive. I will definitely call them again for their service. G&L Chmney Services greatly recommended!
I had hired another company and they came out totally unprepared showing up in the dark hours after they where suppose to and couldn't finish the job. When I called them the next day they didn't know when they could get out there. We where worried because of gas fumes When I called this chimneys services even though they where busy they found a way to come out and fixed the problem Charles was neat and knew exactly how to handle the situation. I highly recommend this chimney services and would certainly use them again.
