Rob Fox is an outstanding communicator and always kept my son and I updated either by text, e-mail, or phone call regarding any questions that we had. He helped my son set up / pair his cellphone with the truck and showed me many of the features. Brandy was also excellent and very welcoming since we met her first for the initial test drive since Rob was off that day and very pleasant when we came back to the dealer. I worked with Don to get our new 2021 tundra and he was extremely helpful and kept us updated and was willing to go out of his way to make sure we come home with the new Tundra because of supply and demand.
